And it is now time for digging up the potatoes! The Kinder pupils had, earlier in the year planted a crop of scrumptious potatoes with the help of Joey, our gardener. These wannabe Little Farmers had stamped their way to a healthy crop of spuds. Watching their work grow, these children will learn to respect not only the work that goes into raising crops but also the importance of not wasting food and of ensuring that everyone has enough food on their table. Equity is part of the Edwardian spirit.
