Year 5 Future Architects

Friday 14 February 2020

During art lessons Year 5 students have been learning how to build an architectural model to scale.

First, every student designed their own house. This involved colouring, cutting, folding and sticking. Later as a group activity the entire year group collaborated together to create a model of a town. They used rocks, leaves and paint to design their front gardens and roads.

Their work is being exhibited in class and in the junior school near the main stair case.
