KG 2 Around the World Topic

Over the past couple of weeks, KG2 students have been exploring the topic Around the world. The classes started off with learning all about Malta, including the Maltese flag, language, traditional toys and games, food, and songs. They ventured outside to read stories in our gardens as they explored their own surroundings linked to the topic. The students have been learning about travel and documentations as well as different nationalities. They understand that regardless where we come from, we are all equal and have the same needs. We need food and water to survive as well as company and love. We should all treat others the way we like to be treated and we are to always be fair with others. The classes will be choosing other countries to explore, discussing their language, culture, and attractions.
