More on road safety

Following the successful Early Years Road Safety Event, many of our youngsters continued to inquire about this topic and thus extending their learning. Nursery Y students participated in more transport activities including learning about traffic lights through a food session. Meanwhile, KG2X and KG2W joined forces and held a role-play car wash at college. They visited the different stations and explored through their senses and prior knowledge to learn further. They even popped by a teacher’s own car to see the vehicle and point out what they were learning about. Some continued to extend their learning indoors through sensory sessions using our tuff trays.
