Sporty Juniors

St Edward’s Day for the Junior School was an active one. At that age, students participate in sports under the keen eye of their sports tutors who start noticing strengths and weaknesses in motor skills. because they are professionals, they have a nose for the kind of sports which children may grow into best. For some it is team sports, for some, it is more individual, for some it is endurance while for others it is a skill. All need guidance and all need encouragement, particularly since we still go by the maxim ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’.
