School Development Plan. (SDP)
We are regularly audited by several outside agencies such as QAD and IBO. These outside colleagues give us a measurement against several criteria or standards. The result of these audits are a series of recommendations for SEC. Whilst very welcome we feel that we need to develop a more pro-active, inclusive and structured approach to SDP.
During our PD day this past Monday we carried out an anonymous on-line survey with teachers. Our next step is to do the same with other stakeholders, Board of Governors, parents, and students.
This will also be initiated by an on-line survey. This is your opportunity to help us improve college and ultimately the learning of your child. Please do take the time to complete the survey which you will receive after the Christmas holidays.
Student Council Democracy Award
Congratulations are due to Ms. Busuttil Gili and our students on winning silver in the student council Democracy competition.
The Student Councils Democracy Awards ceremony 2019/2020 was held online on the 3rd December
During this event, an overview of the last year’s edition of this initiative was presented and Ms. Miriam Teuma – CEO Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, announced the winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. Aġenzija Żgħażagħ also launched this year’s edition of the Secondary Student Councils Democracy Awards in which we will again take part – this time we will go for gold!
