Dwardu’s Scoops – out now

This edition of Dwardu’s Scoops has again increased its page count. A great thank you to all contributors and, I must say, it is quite a feat to keep up with the amount of work and activities carried out at the College. Remembrance day struck a reflective chord among the students, enabling these young people to attempt to absorb the cruelty of war. Various activities were undertaken throughout the various age groups in relation to this sad but necessary commemoration. On a lighter note, cows went into outer space and were eulogised in poetry while the senior school had geography lessons on a boat (more of that in the next edition of the newsletter). A college like St Edward’s can only thrive if it has dedicated teachers and a good, solid plan for the future. Mr Peter Moore wrote about the school development plan in this edition and it will be a subject which we shall return to over the coming months. Enjoy the read and see what your children are up to…perhaps you may also find some of their write-ups here!
