Dwardu’s Scoops 2
The second edition of Dwardu’s Scoops, the college newsletter is out today. Following the huge positive feedback received on the first edition and the information which has poured in from various teachers and all section heads, we even increased the pages of the publication.
This edition features prominently The Emergent Curriculum, changes to the curriculum being effected in the early years. Another major story was the college celebration of St Edward’s Day, with the Headmaster leading the school in prayers for a student who is poorly in hospital.
As part of its outreach program, St Edward’s College regularly meets society’s movers and shakers. The Headmaster recently paid courtesy calls to the Ambassador of China and the Chargée d’Affaires of the United States of America.
Other stories include an appraisal of the cisterns in the college, preparation for a kayaking field trip for the geography students and the creation of solar ovens.
