Last Friday all KG, Year 1 and Year 2 classes were signed up for an online Workshop through Culture Pass called ‘Aħna Lkoll Annimali’. The workshop was held in Maltese and involved puppetry, songs and role play. The students thoroughly enjoyed their time, learning new phrases and vocabulary, watched attentively, followed the story line, as well as danced to the very catchy songs. Apart from forming part of their Maltese learning, the students had the opportunity to discuss concepts of diversity and inclusion. Following the workshop, the classes discussed how we are all different and unique but all present something valuable to the group. They discussed their abilities and the abilities of their friends in a way that encouraged appreciation for one another. It was truly a very rewarding learning experience.
