Our students have an array of simple to complex resources which they are encouraged to use on a daily basis on rotation with what we call as 'table top' play. The students are free to go from one table to the next or else participate in a rotation exercise whereby they move as a group. The resources laid out for them target a number of skills which the children will master over time and practise. It goes without saying that the resources are always stimulating and interesting ones which aim to support group play and individual learning. Many-a-times the resources introduced target the children's cognitive and motor development together.
