Year 6 Animal Welfare Visit

Friday 14 February 2020

Last week the Year 6 boys took part in an interactive power point presentation as part of the animal awareness programme.

Great excitement was had with the arrival of Luna, a gorgeous and very patient King Charles spaniel, who received lots of affection from the boys.

The officers from the Commission for Animal Welfare came to talk to the boys about care of different species from farm animals to exotic and domestic pets to how to report animal cruelty. They were also given an information book and bookmark.
