A Different Approach to Upcoming Exams

A different Approach to Upcoming Exams

Friday 6 March 2020

This week our geography option students took a very different approach to revising for their upcoming MATSEC and IGCSE exams. Rather than working out past papers and revision questions, the class was divided into groups and each group was asked to explain the primary or secondary hazards after a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tsunami or volcanic eruption. The boys did an excellent job of prioritizing hazards and responses to them in such crisis scenarios and even went as far as to base their answers on actual responses used historically in real world events. Well done to our future team of geologist and geographers here at St Edwards College!
