A word of thanks

A small word of thanks will always go a long way. This is true at whichever level of role one has to fulfil. St Edward’s College has received a thank you plaque from the government for the way in which the college collaborated during the pandemic. Indeed, as Headmaster Nollaig Mac An Bhaird frequently pointed, and still points out, we have undertaken to follow the directions issued by the Education and the Health Authorities meticulously for the good of the students and for the good of the community in general. “We received a considerable sum of money, as did other schools, which enabled us to continue providing an excellent level of service and education of our students,” said Mr Mac An Bhaird.

As the fourth wave of this pandemic spreads along with the Christmas cheer, the college encourages all students, staff and families to safeguard each other through appropriate precautions such as mask-wearing, sanitizing and social distancing.
