Tasting literacy and numeracy

Literacy and numeracy are basic tenets in the learning journey of life. Though basic, they are also quite challenging for young minds. Thankfully, technology has developed new ways with which we can help our young ones’ minds to blossom.

Our KG students use the upgraded interactive whiteboards throughout their day in College. We try to strike a clear balance with having them on and allowing more than enough time for hands-on learning in class and on our grounds. However, when the students get to enjoy the interactive boards, they truly enjoy it. Here Ms. Sara’s class are playing a number value game with different animations as they get to feed the teddy the corresponding number of cupcakes. They also practiced their letter and number formation skills freely by forming them using different colours on the large screen.
